I tend to agree, I didn’t want the other thread to become polluted with this stuff, but just wanted to give a perspective of what other people are saying, including members of the Mac
 
We should not even be concerned with what other fan bases are saying. Especially those from FCS who have been just complete garbage toward our program the past year, some longer. Let them be jealous and upset it’s fine. Let them have their narratives. Just like Dr. Wood said there were people who tried to make sure we couldn’t make the move. Well it didn’t work. We need to focus on being positive and supporting our FBS program. Helping them anyway we can to make sure that they are as successful as possible cause that’s all that matter now. We aren’t in FCS anymore no matter how much people hate the deal with the MAC or whether they feel it’s bad or not. They can have an opinion but we should focus on helping as much as we can. They will need us as alumni more than ever. It’s Sac again everybody.
 
Exactly. Most of the opinions are from folks not from this area that have no clue of the finite details about our situation and/or are just envious/butthurt about us leaving them behind in JV. Those local folks with a negative take are just haters. All the more credit to Dr. Wood for getting this done amidst the negativity.
 
NDSU is paying 18 mil to move up and they are a premiere program. Why, if they are so coveted by everyone, do they have to pay anything? No one is criticizing NDSU, so I find the outrage about the cost paid by Sac State disingenuous.
