Playoff Impact Games

Also, FWIW, Montana State's kickoff game might be the worst I've seen in decades. My goodness are they bad.
Ya, they are better off to just kick it out of bounds to prevent a bigger return.
As soon as I say the Cats aren't looking good they drive for a FG and now get a pick.
Playoff hopes are still flickering!

Kennesaw St 10-1 wins the Big South with win over Monmouth. Watching a bit of So Car v Wofford and no one wants to see Wofford in the playoff's, big and physical team.

Everything falling into place. SUU leads NAU, but it's more competitive than I expected. NAU is a live dog. Getting that fourth loss on Montana's record, especially with losses in Nicholls, Delaware, and New Hampshire looks like we're in with a win.

Root Sports announcers saying Montana definitely out of the playoffs. Can't say I agree. Now they're scoreboard watching, but if there's an NAU loss, the odds might go back in their favor.

Does anyone think this team can win a playoff game?

Lol... That's a totally different thing than I'm worried about right now. I think making it to the playoffs is sort of our minimum acceptable performance to calling a season a success. Therefore, making the playoffs needs to be the first goal. Win today, and we almost certainly make it in.

I think we can win some games if we get the right draw. It s not inconceivable to think we open with San Diego. I think we can win that one. If we get sent to NDSU or JMU next, were likely in trouble.

Sure, why not?

I think we can win a game next weekend, I don't think we can beat any of the seeds on the road.

You really couldn't have hoped for better results than what EWU got today. I feel pretty good about them making the playoffs. Regardless of how you think they may do in the playoffs, I know I personally would rather see them make it than not.

I think everything fell there way, I would be shocked if they do not get the nod. Either way a pretty good season for a first year coach.
