I read somewhere yesterday, there are approximately 1000 tickets left for the public. Hoping that means it could be "Sold Out Game". 2000 Students picked up their tickets for FB Game. Very good news. Go Eags! Vic

I'd love to keep my seats for the semi's (when EWU wins this weekend), so if someone wants to buy my seats for this game if you are having trouble finding other seats, just let me know. There are 2 seats, last week they cost was $15/ticket, $30 total, no fees, i'm sure its the same this week.

So did you sell them? I am coming up from Seattle and could only get end zone seats - I would be glad to purchase.

I'm sorry.
I can't bite my tongue any further.
This is making us look like a high school.
Very bad look for EWU

Now those tickets are supposed to be at will call with no more hassle or phone calls ... Same deal as in 2010 and it worked like a charm.

Totally off topic, but worth posting, especially for you Hannah.

I am in the hotel business so I can appreciate what the ticket office is doing, and doing a very good at it. In the hotel business you have a specific number of reservations you can take for specific rooms and dates, the same as the football game. You can't sell the empty seats on Sunday and you can't sell them twice on Saturday. I am impressed with what they are doing on short notice, to sell 8000 seats in a few days is impressive. I am sure there are isolated cases that are difficult but my guess it is a very small percentage of the overall picture but when it is you that is affected it becomes personal. Good luck and have patience, it will make your game day experience much more pleasantGreatDayToBeAnEagle said:HannahO said:GreatDayToBeAnEagle said:For the second week in a row the Ticket Office has made a mess of the situation.

Here's my situation and my complaint.
Last week I had to place four or five calls and voicemails before I finally got confirmation on Friday that my season tickets were held. So since it was Friday before I heard I went ahead and bought two tickets off TicketsWest because I didn't have confidence in my season tickets being held. So like 2010 they said they would keep auto renewing my season tickets for each game. So come this week my card was charged on Monday for my tickets but also on Monday I called twice to the Ticket office to see about ordering two more tickets. I finally heard back yesterday and they told me they had the same two tickets I ordered game one and that they would charge my credit card for them. I told them they already charged my credit card on Monday. After about twenty minutes they told me they charged me for my season tickets, released MY season tickets to someone else, but not to worry because they had my two tickets I ordered from Tickets West from game one saved. Great. I got two tickets. Not my season tickets, which they charged me for then released to someone else. So if I hadn't called to order two more tickets for friends, I would have showed up Saturday with no season tickets, but a deduction on my credit card.
This football program is going to keep making runs in the playoffs. They need to figure this out by next year or maybe next week.
