Prediction Thread ISU 53 @ EWU 56 Eags WIN!

I can't fucking believe I typed logarithms instead of algorithms. :dunce:

Those two bottles of Koelsch packed more of a punch than I thought.

So, I watched some bits and pieces of the ISU/Sac game. ISU does look improved over the past few years, but wow...it seems I really over-estimated Sac State. They looked truly bad, especially their defense. They also had a comedy of errors in the game, such as fumbling not once, but TWICE, on their very first offensive play of the game. Wow. I could only watch a little bit here and there because the ISU production was so terrible, but I do think our defense is not as bad as Sac State's, and this will be an opportunity for them to make a statement.

Short and sweet. Do what we do and win.

Two passing teams so there could be more time to score points. Not seeing 60 this week as we leverage the run for 250 yards on the ground. Could be close to 600 yards total though. :-) Brown looks ready to break off a kickoff return for TD. ISU's wider oline splits can be taken advantage of for middle blitzes and love former HS safeties Zamora and Gall dropping into coverage and disrupting from the hashes out with McCarthy, Havili, Hamlin making it hard on Arias or the run game with well timed middle blitzes. D Line has good game of keeping ISU O Line off our LB's, containing edge or penetrating on well designed stunts.

EWU takes it to the hapless Bengals.

EWU 46 -- ISU 27

Revising my prediction:
EWU 56 - ISU 27

D get two picks and creates a fumble. Ekubam and company pressure Arias all day and have 4+ sacks. Eags stop the run first aka SDSU and then pressure the pass.
