PSU at #3 EWU Game Thread

What a game. There were so many times I thought we were dead in the water. Gotta know better than to doubt the Eags. :shock:
 
Soooo...over on eGriz they are saying PSU was robbed. Other than by their own kicker does anyone know what they are talking about?

Sounds like a bunch of drunk people. Sorenson and Weir certainly didn't lend any credence to this result.

I didn't think their was anything too controversial that favored Eags. In fact, if anything, I thought things were called the Viks way.

Just got home from the game. Oh my Gosh!! I went through so many emotions. I'll say this. I've never been more pissed off at an opposing coach than I was tonight. All of those stupid trick plays really made me mad. :evil: Does anybody else feel that way? I mean, line up and play football for Pete's sake, whoever Pete is. It wasn't even that they got many yards on them. Yes they made a couple of plays with them, but just the fact that they attempted so many, really made me mad. Then their players were taunting the crowd when we booed on bad calls from the officials. I just have one last word to say to their coach and their players............

SCOREBOARD!!!!!
 
I thought the offensive PI call that PSU was kinda iffy, but I don't think it's what determined the game with the way it was going.
 
Eagle hoops wins by 32 points! After some life-shortening tense moments, it's turned out to be a pretty good day for Eastern fans!

I thought Coach Burton coached his ass off and did everything he could to get a win. Really, they outcoached us for most of the game... and that almost never happens because our coaches are great. I don't know if we just thought they'd roll over or what, but clearly there was a lack of focus on our part until the gut-wrenching last few minutes.

I think PSU is a very chippy team and that it stems from their coach. I don't like him at all.

I think the thing that pissed me off is after one of the late TDs, the PSU player made a point to make the shush sign, not to the crowd, but to the Eastern sideline! Man, the D came out like their hair was on fire.
Their players are coached to be "chesty" and I think Burton is a jerk but he always gets good results against us.

That place is absolutely unbelievable. I really don't know why I got baited into it, but I call it like a see it and
now I'm another piece of sh*t EWU fan. They are an embarrassment to college football.
