QB Battle

bumping this thread, I really can't lean towards one QB after yesterday, both Howland and white looked good

They both looked good on paper, but White has the arm and speed.

I agree. It's White's spot to lose in my opinion. His touch on the deep ball is pretty darned good.

His touch did look good! This early to have the timing with Josheph and Mackins is exciting.. Those two receivers are going to do big things... Jury is still out on Tarver.. Not sure why Tarver didn't play much..

Yeah, didn't Tarver put one of the turf as well? He ended up recovering it, but we can't have the ball coming out. Even in the wet conditions.

Yep, luckily it fell back in his arms!!

Mouse said that the QB's will throw the ball, throw the ball and throw the ball which will make them better, better and better. Well, I think that both Brian and Ty have already improved light years. It looks like we will be solid at that position.

Late posting: With the run and shoot, A QB has to read the D
With R/S more wide outs means more completions,
Mouse said it best to snap the ball, You hide it from the secondary
from the shoot gun can react faster, from the snap QB's have the upper advantage,Tygue Howland can see the field better, fast feet
strong arm neccesitates completions with the run and shoot,
receivers need fast hands, quick feet, awesome moves cutting
accuracy key, spreads the field, no zone D", it man on man
thats the best no double coverage, they do hit open reciever
with a bullett, zip pass, rocket arm required Tygue Howland made to order ,
after viewing spring game, 10 out of 12 206,2 tds, thats consistancy
has a solid read and understanding of Run-Shoot Offense,

Man I hope we get a starter soon, I'm doing that fantasy league at AGS with FCS players, I'd like to pick a PSU QB, which one is the issue

For those that have been to practice, who seems to have the lead?
