Question About Viewing Live Games on B2 Network "bigskytv.or

Some of you have mentioned that you've been able to view UNC games live via the internet. I'm assuming that you've been able to do that through B2 Networks/Bigskytv.org. I am having difficulty being able to access live events. I use Firefox as my browser but have also tried IE without success. Any suggestions? I've tried to contact the company with no luck. Thanks

I use IE7 and I believe I had to download the MS Silverlight plugin before anything would play. I got to the download link from the B2 site.

I used firefox and had to download Silverlight as well. For some reason when it first came up the silverlight download link was hard to see, but once I clicked it, it downloaded and everything worked well.

Maybe you should download the silverlight plugin first (outside of the b2 site) then try it.

I tried with a mac and safari but on the b2 site it says something that it only works if you have internet explorer. But sounds like it worked for firefox also and yes you have to download the silverlight package.

Thanks for the responses fellas. I have an older version of Windows (2000 Pro.) which won't support IE7 and therefore even though I've been able to download silverlight I don't think I'll be able to view without IE7. It's a shame though because last year I was able to view live games using the same system (IE6) through Bigskytv.org.
I think I'm going to have to upgrade my operating system and then try your suggestions.
Thanks again.
