What would it take for you to conclude that Glanville needs to go? I can understand people saying that he'll turn things around or that he needs more time, but at some point, even those lines of logic hit a deadend. If you think he needs more time, then how much more time? If this losing continues, then at what point would you say that he's had enough time? Another year? Two years? Five years?
I really don't mean for this to be an attack on Glanville's remaining supporters. Rather, I'm trying to have a rational dialogue about the direction of the program.
For me, I was okay with the losing the first two years because at least Glanville was selling more tickets and helping to raise money and awareness. Now, he's not even doing that anymore, so I think we need to move on.
