We picked up Robert Schwenke from Brighton HS, Utah this morning. 6'4" 300+ DL. This kid slipped through the cracks and Coach Kramer snagged him. Letter of intent was signed and delivered this morning. The future looks brighter on the defensive side.....

I love Schwenke's speed and size. He is apparently a great Rugby player, which is impressive for a guy his size. From the video clips it looks like he's got a big motor. I wonder how he slipped through the cracks. He looks like he could start immediately, even as a freshman.

Any scoop on the other three who were announced this morning: Matt Peterson HS WR from Blackfoot, Luis Navarro, a JC LB from California, and Nico Aguirre, a HS DB from California? Peterson looks like another one of those tall, lean, and athletic WRs in the Madison Mangum mold. I think that Kramer and Bailey love those kinds of receivers.
