Sac St.

Lol this guy is cracking me up. Dickson has three straight illict screen (throwing a leg and hip) but Mook failed him. Ha!!

Good win, our game on saturday I have a feeling is gonna be rough. NAU is better than Sac, and we can't get complacent when we get a 17 point lead, won by 15, I said 13 so my power of predictions is still going strong.

Sac is a good team, but we just have too much talent. I said that I thought that Sac would beat MSU, but with MSU's win in Cedar City, Im not so sure anymore, I am still hoping for a Bobcat win on sat, but that is all moot if we don't take care of our own business on sat @ NAU

GO WILDCATS

Sac plays better at our place than they do at home. Hmmmm, could it be that playing in a rat infested, stink pit is not good for a home team. You can paint lipstick on the Hornets Nest all you want, but its still a pig stye. The Hornet community needs to pull together and get something done. Katz is doing a sensational job with what he has to work with. It's a crying shame that Sac can't get anything done about it.

Berry is kicking trash. Mook needs to slow down.

That might have been the worst game I've ever seen Mook play. He seemed content with taking those forced hook shots over and over again and they just weren't working for him. Thankfully, the rest of the team played great and it didn't matter. That's the beauty of WSU's depth. I hope at NAU on Saturday, we can get Tresnak a little more involved. He was efficient last night, even though he didn't have a ton of looks.

Didn't see the game, but based on Carl Arky's play by play, sounded like Mook was getting the shots he usually gets and makes, they just weren't dropping through the rim.

Mook was rushing himself and playing faster than he normally does. It seemed, probably because he was playing in front of family, that he was rushing himself. It's okay. He will be fine. He should have a big game on Sat.

Veteto and Dickson played excellent defense last night, limiting Mook and Tres; liked the effort from Bolomboy. The Hornets are a good team. Personally, the third or fourth best team in the league, talent wise. Unfortunately for the Hornets, they have dropped a lot of close games. I use to think the strength of their team was their backcourt with Garrity leading, but after last nights game, I am fully convinced that the Hornets strength is their front court anchored by Veteto. He, and Dickson, are huge losses for the Hornets.

Speaking of Dickson, did anyone else notice how he threw a temper tantrum every time he took a shot and didn't get a whistle? I haven't seen someone act so childish in a game in a long time. Well ... maybe not that long. Cherry spitting his gum out on the court at the Dee a few weeks back was pretty bad.

Yeah...Dickson thinks he is pretty special, when he isn't. He is a dirty player. Every single screen he set, he threw a hip, knee, or elbow at the pursuing player.

That was annoying as hell. Dickson is a senior but he sure as hell didn’t act like one. I think the frustrating season we are having is taking its toll. He also took a lot of bad shots (well he does that quite often but more than normal last night).
