Not sure it's the subs. We're not getting the ball down low enough, which is where our advantage is. We need to get the big men a lot more active in the second half and not rely on jump shots on the perimeter as much, even though we are shooting pretty well.

Agreed. We need to get their bigs in foul trouble. Do that, and we're golden.
 
Too many unforced errors. Need to slow down and go back to good ball rotation like we did early first half. Get the ball down low. Not sure where Hamilton is...we could use some more productivity out of him.
