up for the challenge said:Oh, I thought Score Prediction was a friendly game. I thought wrong after I got blasted by Mr. Bengals again. You have to be a cheerleader on this site or you are doomed.
Looking back the last three games where is Michael Dean? Not many passes to him. It is becoming a brother show at QB and Receiver. Lost 2 out of 3 when Michael Dean does not get the ball in his hands. Coach said he is being doubled teamed. I do not buy it. He knows how to get open because of his speed and quickness. If the Bengals want to win games the ball needs to get into his hands 10-15 times a game.
Up, BengalBannman apologized and you're still razzing him. There's a point where you just need to let it go. He's a good guy and is ISU through and through.
With Dean, you can clearly see he's being bracketed, especially this Montana game. They were on him like white on rice and Mitch or Hagen are great targets. They can both make huge plays. That Griz safety was on point and knew his reads on the bracket. They reminded me of Utah's secondary. Our receiving/skill team core is on lock down regardless of who the ball goes to. That group is not an issue IMO. What we need to work on is pass protection and secondary. Seems like our offense needs to score nearly 40 points a game to have a chance a winning. Linebackers are awesome, but deep and outside coverage needs some work and wrapping guys up. I've see a lot of bumps and diving tackles that aren't working giving them 1-4 more yards for another 1st down. We have young and new guys to the program. Ricks has been out and having him back will help tremendously. Hopefully that's sooner than later.
Let's get the positive energy back on track and focus on what lies ahead, beating SacState!
