SE Missouri State @ Weber State

From watching the the end of the Kennesaw/Jacksonville St., I think the 42 1st half points says more about JSU's D than Maine's O.

As of 10:00pm, there are only 7,070 seats remaining, so we should be looking at about 10,430 showing up. The good thing about this game, is people are buying tickets with the intent of going, and buying knowing the weather will be cold. I think 12k+ is actually possible.

As of 1pm game day, there are now 8,989 seats available. No idea how that ticket office runs things. It literally fluctuates back and forth by the thousands daily.... :?

Hello to everyone, merry Christmas and all that. Here's to a good, clean, low scoring game. I'm hoping for a Semo win, but am interested as well in how they match up against you guys in general. Biggest test for this team in its history, in my opinion.

EWU down 14-3 in the 2nd. Come on, Eastern, don't embarrass the BSC with that high seed and all.

We'll be ready for you...

Wasn't talking to or about you, this thread isn't about Maine or the CAA. I don't doubt your team will be ready for my team but I do doubt you have anything to do with it.

Quality win, Weber! SEMO run D very good as advertised. Great game and good turnout. Hill is a class act, never trying to run it up on anyone, although the 3rd quarter into the 4th was getting a little uncomfortable as they seemed to let up or relax a little. I haven't had one negative comment about officiating this season but that crew was terrible, period. Looking forward to another home game and tough opponent next week.

Way to go Wildcats! The passing game was great. It was great to see Weber State step up their level of play.

As for the officials, that crew was terrible. They reminded of the WWF wrestling officials who turned their attention to some distractions while the cheating went on. Clearly not up to snuff. Some obvious holds right in front of the referee, and he let almost all of them go.

Hope we don’t have the Keystone Cops again next week.

Great Win. Was disappointed in the attendance numbers, but loved how the crowd was into the game. You could tell that those that were there wanted to be there. Now if we could get 2,000 more fans with that same attitude to attend, we'd really have something. And the student section did a great job of getting in SEMO's heads. Anytime a team is more concerned with the fans behind them than in the actual game, you've got big problems. SEMO coaches did a poor job of handling this.

This game was won in the 2nd quarter, especially in the last few minutes of the quarter. And I put much of that on the SEMO coaches. Why are you throwing the ball there? Run the clock out and get out of the half. That ending just demoralized their team.

Agreed. It would be so nice and well deserved if Weber/Hill could get 10K-12K out to quality, affordable playoff football. I fear it will be worse attended Friday @ 6PM and not look real good on ESPN2. Shame, since that would only help to increase interest, recruiting, etc. Students have been better with both football and basketball but could be SO MUCH MORE and help provide a real home advantage.

I'm afraid you're probably right, I don't think Friday's game will be very well attended. That won't look good on national TV.
