Season closer

A very bumpy ride this football season, from a great win at Montana to a bad homecoming game loss against a winless Northern Colorado and everything else. Grade = D (for disappointing & discouraging). The pressure is on in several directions. Surely the intentions were there for progress but now it's a question of are the right people in place to turn this program around from a 4-8 (3-5) downer?!

Alumni do you think or have you heard anything about any changes in the program? I know the season just ended but was curious if they are any rumors you have heard

My guess is that Weber gives Mental at least 1 more year. It's what Weber does. Fans want so much for the team to be a winner but are losing faith and interest quickly.

Ditto to what wildog said. Expect at least one more year based on practicality. If Wildcats had lost badly the last two games then it might have been considered disaster damage control, but current admin. seems too casual to make a drastic change. I agree with those wanting change but at least there is definitely pressure. Last home game's attendance of what 4300? should be cause for concern...that was near the average when a WSU President tried to stop financing & end the football program. Times have changed & surely another poster who's more on the inside of things might chime in, 'Tal....'?
