#4 seed is just fine. Jax St is a very weak to 4 seed at #3. I can't see then surviving through the Quarters.
And if seeds play out as is, maybe it will be nice for EWU to get out to play the semifinal game on the road for a change. A home semifinal hasn't worked for EWU the last few years.

Not sold on the CAA strength and UNH isn't "great". Expect one of the MVC teams to take them out.

anyone know anything about san Diego?

They are a non-scholarship school out of the Pioneer League.

Strange to think that VA has a chance to be 4-0 against Montana before his Senior season.

its tough to beat a team twice in a year....but that said I feel confident with playing the griz in cheney instead of Montana ...there were some seriously questionable officiating\calls during that game in Montana.
GO EAGS!

Whoops, misread the bracket. EWU will be playing MVC (most likely) after a UM beatdown. Then, either the Moc's or UNH.

JSU is not on our side of the bracket. I think Fordham, Indiana State, and Chatty could give UNH some fits, but I'd expect them to make it through.

We have a tougher draw with UNI and ISU.

That being said, if we make it to the semi's I'd like our chances against UNH.

Two things come to mind from last year.

1.) We also thought playing South Dakota State was a tough first game. We won handily.

2.) We thought Coastal Carolina going to Missoula in sub zero weather was too easy for UM. CC won.

It's playoffs baby, let's go!!!

GO EAGS!

Consider this:

1.) Adams won't be coming off of four weeks of not playing a down of football and will be in considerably better health (See mobility).
2.) Forte should be healthy and available.
3.) Cooper Kupp, enough said.

At the end of the day, once you get passed the first round, any team can beat any other team, with only 1 or 2 exceptions. To be the best, you gotta beat the best.

So Montana gets rewarded for a 8-4 season by drawing a non scholarship team in the first round. Anyone care to explain that one?
