Semi Final vs. Sac State

Harvey is 0-2 with zero points in the first half. That probably needs to change for us to win this game, but it's nice to see a lot of other guys stepping up like Felix and Bogdan.

Yep. And when teams go into slow down mode it's just hard to get back out of it mentally when teams start to make their comeback. Play the SAME WAY you got the lead for the whole game. That is, unless we're up 20 with under two minutes left. But until then, keep attacking!!! They have no answer for our BIGS when they take it to the hoop. I would post up Venky and Bliz on Vonhofe's side of the court. That will prevent them from dropping the guard down to help out and we should get one-on one looks down low where Venky is eating them for breakfast.

JUST KEEP ATTACKING and playing loose!

Von Hoff has been on fire in this game.

I agree about posting them up with our bigs down low. We also seem to have some sort of mismatch with Von Hoff in there. I think we will continue to play attack basketball. The only thing that concerns me is the fouls are starting to add up a little.

I also want to see Drew and Tyler attack on the drive. They are playing Tyler very tight on the perimeter which should open things up on the drive. Let's try to get them in foul trouble down the stretch. Love what I see so far but let's not get comfortable. Looooong ways to go......

The shots do seem to be available in the corner like the announcer said. Parker and Felix should thrive in the second half if that stays the case.

Not sure. But what body control there by Venky. Keep getting it to him. Bring the Bliz back too. Both of them are pure-blooded attackers.

Love Hayford's play calling here. I've seen other coaches at EWU choose to milk it at this point. They are going to need new nets if Felix keeps this up. :fuel: :fuel: :fuel:
