Who usually gets the game prep ready...Lucky is that you? Did somebody die? Did they break their typing finger. Are they a victim of climate change? Did the buy a motorcycle(a big one) and just start riding no destination in mind? Sex change operation?

SLU is 0-2 we are 1-1.....we lose...get a rope!

Yup. If this team is gonna do anything positive this season, this is an absolute must-win. SELA isn't good. Unfortunately, we don't look good either. The good news is somebody has to win, might as well be us.
 
Eastern got a dream non-conference schedule with 3 mid FCS teams, and a mid FBS team, Best better get control of this thing FAST! He’s got 10 more games to go, it’s hard to watch EWU get beat at home by a non-scholarship team. This is a HUGE game for Coach Best and the EAGS.

Heavy and Dopa many of us been at this a long time and can clearly see it's what it is. I thought new D coord Eric Sanders would have roped a half dozen players to make something out of our defense. where is James from UW?,,,he's #0 and is 6'5 275lber, you can't miss him!

This is the best thing schedule wise we could ask for....with a good team to go to playoffs with. plus um and msu at home and total of six. cept we dont appear to have a good team. have a seasoned QB, couple good backs and couple good wr's all seasoned players and throw in wortham and solid line....all we had to do was fill in good players to accent the current ones and build a d. this was seen and 2-3 years ago build to this great schedule. this is done in the off season now days. football has changed and its not the ekg freshman that you fit-form into a baller. it's fc'ing bringing in players(best you can find) and as many as you need looking forward. thats on Best as we lose coaches so fast he has to basically do this alone and it takes money recruiting wise.... ewu doesn't have money so another hurdle. Best hasn't been able tp play this off season game...the big guns in the BSC have and now look...we are outside looking in. fc fc fc

Sorry I’ve been away for a time but back on the forum now. I was able to attend the first two games, and geez, we didn’t look great.

SELA is a game we could/should win, but man…hard to tell anything about this team right now.
 
The D is trying, and maybe it isn’t bad. But it isn’t good. Two TDs against a team that hasn’t scored against much of anyone. 2 SELA games = 10 points.

First half v Eastern = 14 points thus far

Can anyone explain why James and Misa aren’t good enough to play on this D? Sometimes you just gotta let an athlete make a play.
