What news do you think is coming? This doesn’t feel like a post about landing a specific prospect to me. It sounds bigger. Or maybe it’s wishful thinking on my end.

That's his wifes clothing brand -- soooo it has nothing to do with this and won't be big news.
Individual CSU campuses aren't their own legal entity, so all legal issues have to go through the CSU, hence BOT items/discussions. I had it explained to me that each campus has its own legal counsel, but any formal legal matters have to go through the CSU BOT legal entity/counsel for approval. I have no idea how long it would take for an antitrust case against the NCAA to be strategized and drawn up, if there are grounds for such a case. There will be some obvious tells as to whether or not there will be some lawfare:
- News will drop somewhere via a "leak" to the media about a pending lawsuit or formal court documents being filed at a favorable jurisdiction, or
- There will be movement on filling of the '26 and beyond season with FCS opponents which means no lawfare.
