Curious, how many of you are making the trip up to Moscow this year?


Oh yeah, are you ready for these two guys to lock down anything Gutierrez puts in the air?? In the words of one of our coaches "These two guys are better than any DB's we had on our OSU team the year we won the Fiesta Bowl"

I am a bit worried about U of I because they only lost to EWU by 30 points last season. ;D What is the point of scheduling down if you still get beat? Maybe the vandalinas should schedule Fort Lewis or Hawthorne Middle School for a home game. It doesn't matter if they qualify you to be bowl eligible because the vandalinas will not win more than 2 games this season.

Typical ISU fan, don't know a THING about sports but like to think they do.... If you were smart, you would notice the Reggie Jones is wearing #8 and Stanley Franks is wearing #6. As for losing to EWU by 30 pts last year... where the hell did you get that from? We didn't even play EWU last season and havn't for at least 3 years. How about you research your facts before you go posting complete bullsh*t... moron.

I'll let Larry Lewis answer that with the application he submitted to become our next head coach (thank god he was never interviewed, made great toilet paper though).

As for why I'm on your board, I wanted to see who was going to make the trip up for the game... but obviously that ruffled your feathers.

I feel bad for ISU, I really do... you guys will always be looked at as the red headed step child. No one gives a rat's a$$ about your university whether it be academics or athletics.
 
Magahee is a TOOL that chats online all day about U of I sweet forestry school... Our University has such a better outlook than yours. Look at the numbers, who is growing and who has the health sciences... As far as athletics, we are superior to you, and that is a JOKE you being Div. I. We'll beat you in basketball for the third straight year, and I would bet the game is close in football. I'll be in Pullman for that one... Oh I mean, I guess you guys are gonna play in the state of Idaho this year, on your own campus. Hey amigo, the results are in: Our talent offensively as well as team wide, is every bit as good as yours, and you're band of sally's are nothing more than a glorified Div. I-AA team that is an embarasment to our state. That you may come to understand your pitiful state, and may God have mercy on your worthless souls Vandal fans...
 
McGahee, I'll be up there, and think it should be a pretty good game. I usually stay at the Super 8 in Lewiston when I'm in that area. I still don't think that Idaho is as talented as other teams in the WAC, but still though, you do have homefield advantage and a 22-scholarship differential. Plus having Dennis Erickson is certainly a big advantage relative to the idiot offensive and defensive coordinators we have calling the shots. I hope we can keep it close. Be glad you can post here and have the liberty to say what you want to say. Because if I say mean things about your Vandals on your board, then Reynolds gets mad and defensive and bans me from posting there.
 
That's great you're coming up, I imagine there will be a lot of ISU fans.. Moscow is a great place, has just as much to offer as Pocatello, with half the population. Talent wise, I really do think there is a gap. Other than your QB, I would say we have you beat at every position on the field... which we should. As for playing in Pullman? Once again... you have no idea what you're talking about. We haven't had our home games in Pullman for over 4 years.... look it up. I'll give it to you, you beat us in bball... but you also beat BSU, so does that mean you're on par with them also? The game won't be close in Moscow... you don't have the players nor the coaches to allow you to come up here and beat us with Erickson running our offense. I will be shocked if you come within 20 pts of us. As always I will root for ISU against the rest of the Big Sky... maybe Lewis can win a game outside of the dome this year huh.
 
McGahee, I think we're a little better than you think at certain positions. We've got some skill position players who are some of the better athletes in the league -- at their particular position. But I think you have a little more depth on your team.
 
If those two guys are so good MCGAHEE why would the want to play in Moscow? We have a better QB, Better Rb's, better TE's, and better WR's! When you can't win in the WAC you migh as well give up those extra scholarships, quit wasting the state of Idahos money and move back to DIV 1aa!
 
A few interesting stats for us to think about! Last year the jr collge of idaho located in moscow averaged 22.1 points per game and gave up 38.1 ppg. They were outscored 419 to 243. Personally I don't want my taxes going to a team that can't win in the WAC!
 
A few interesting stats.... DENNIS ERICKSON WASN'T OUR HEAD COACH. He is an offensive GENIUS! And move back to Div1AA? Why the hell would we do that... Everyone seems to forget that Idaho was the first team in the state to bring home a bowl game victory. You all act as if we have sucked ever since we left the Big Sky... that isn't the case. We had a coach run us into the ground, and we're now rebounding. Last year was our first year in the WAC, along with Utah St and NMSU... and we beat both. This season will only get better.

Oregon State was impressive that year, no doubt. Other than Washington, they beat everybody they played... What team gave Erickson's Beavers their smallest margin of victory that year? (If Obzerver is looking in, I bet he can help!). ;)
 
The Humanitarian Bowl is a joke or whatever it is called! How long ago was that anyway! Why don't you tell us what your records have been the past few seasons?
 
Yeah, I'm not going to lie... the record hasnt been good! But it's no reason to move back down to 1AA. We've had success in 1A and now we have Dennis Erickson... a great college coach, and I'm willing to say the only coach EVER in the state of Idaho that has two national championships under his belt.
 
What about the Offensive genius in San Fran, and Seattle? You had success how long ago? Be honest and give us the past few seasons records. What has your attendence been? I don't have a problem with Dennis Erickson, but he has a big hill to climb for the Vandals to get any serious respect.
 
Mr mc ibgayheeeeeee, Poor coach Erickson will still only have two titles with Idaho. What makes you think you can come and talk smack to us? 2004 season you had 3 wins and 8 loses. 2005 you had 2 wins and 9 loses. And most were blow outs. And this makes you feel good. I bet you have struck out just as much with your wife, but still think your a stud. Give it up YOU ARE A LOSER.
