so guys what is the judgement on him? depending on his finish from here on out what do you all think happens to him
ManOfVision said:An interesting development. Does he intend to stick with their option attack? I just don't buy that he's fully converted to that offensive mindset.
I've been arguing for a PSU-Cal Poly game for years, but now I really want to see it on the schedule. Let's get a home and home, Chisholm!

Walsh seemed to prove that he couldn't get that done at PSU, even with very solid teams. Granted, he didn't have the kind of support Glanville does. What do other people think? Is he going to get it done at Poly?

I guess one question is how would Walsh have done with more support.
His last year he was 7-4 with three FBS games on the schedule.

Also confirmed in the SLO paper...

It'll be interesting to see if he sticks with the option attack. They already have the personnel for it. He did spend one year coaching it at Army. He could hire an OC to run it. Cal-Poly SLO was very successful with it. If I were him, I would consider it very much.
I think Cal-Poly SLO should be on our schedule every year like Cal Davis. The travel is not too crazy and we get recruiting exposure in California.
Anyone placing bets on when Greg Lupfer gets named DC?
WiViking said:Good for him. You're always more likely to make the big bucks when the school has wealthy alumni, and unfortunately PSU isn't yet in that position.
