Yes a lot of Norskies in North Dakota. lol
all games between PSU VS UND has been won by the home team. Should be a good match up. I think low scoring as well.

Appreciate you coming in here with some friendly banter from the other side. Keeps things pretty lively here.
I really think we have the edge here. Looking at each of our three wins, I think it is pretty clear...
FBS wins---Washington State vs Wyoming---Cougars have not lost a game since PSU beat them, while the Cowboys have not won. Also, Wazzu won the head to head. Edge-PSU
Big Sky wins---Idaho State vs UC-Davis---As the Bengals fall, PSU win is becoming less attractive. Still, a road win (by 20) in a tough place to play. UND's win over UC-Davis at home by 7 points. Edge-PSU.
The other win---Western Oregon vs Drake---A full scholly DII team at home against a no-scholly FBS team at home. UND had Drake down until a fierce rally late in the fourth got them within 3. PSU kept WOU down the whole game. Edge-PSU.
Also the game is at PSU's home away from home. Smart money on PSU.
Well she is a winner either way.tednottodd said:My eldest daughter who is a graduate of PSU is attending UND to get another degree. She is going to a friend's to watch the game and will be rooting for PSU.....Maybe quietly, but she'll be rooting.

You are or were in Grand Forks? and Why?!
WOW am I pumped for this game!! It is just wonderful that both of our programs have such a meaningful game... period. It's an interesting game in respect to how each program would like to keep progressing to get the band wagon going. Both of our programs have a chance to change how we are viewed by the rest of the conference.
Some questions:
- Can your quarterback through the ball with any accuracy? I hear he is a runner. But would like to learn more about his passing ability. Anyone have a link to his Juco film?
- Have you guys run any trick plays yet, and if not, will your coach implement them?
- How did you guys get so much better - was it new players or coaching or what?
- How much of last years team is back? Are there a lot of new starters?
I was at the game last year and remember seeing some explosive players for Portland.
Sorry for all the questions... JUST PUMPED.

If this game is as close as I think it will be, I think we will learn a lot this Saturday about the mental make-up of the coaching staff. If we don't see panic on the sideline, it will be a huge departure over the past couple of seasons.
How many times did we have penalties in the past because the wrong people were on the field? How many times did the play clock run down to zero because of confusion about what to do. How about coaches fighting with each other on the sideline (Burton V. Hill) How many times did they come out in the second half and you wondered what happened to the team that headed into the locker room 15 minutes prior.
Win or lose, if this team shows maturity on the field. If you feel like you are never out of the game. If you feel like someone.....anyone is in charge, the team will have turned a corner.
