I agree with Blofeld on this one, I am shocked that 2800 were there, they must have counted the band... I watched on BigSky TV and the student section was nearly empty the whole game. At this point we must do something to generate renewed interest in the program, otherwise people will never come back...

PS What was McBride wearing, couldn't see on the BSTV feed?

PPS - We drew a measly 3500 on homecoming, that has to be the lowest since we moved to Nottingham
He was wearing a shirt with skull on the front. It said Hit Squad solider on the back.

Mac's shirt, The Punisher with motto "Lights Out" its a shirt the Special Teams has.

Another loss, not much more to say about that. Downing needs to go before there is no longer any support. Hinrichs should pull the trigger soon IMHO. If not, there may be less than a 1,000 by the Sac State game.

I have a question for you Bears. When I was watching the game on tv it sounded like Weber band was there but I haven't been able to find if they were there. So I am asking you guys if they were there.

Yes, the Weber Band was there. They were sitting in the stands on the west side of the stadium. They performed first at halftime.

I'm sure we counted them in the attendance, got to get over 2,000 somehow when everyone has given up.

I thought wearing that shirt and whatever that hat said with the FU on the end was low class.

Hold on now,

The shirt he wore was a shirt given out to the Special teams players, when we were playing Sac St, he was wearing a sweater and it got too hot so he took it off, and had that t-shirt on so he wore it, maybe he thinks its a good luck charm, I dont know, and I dont know why it bothers everyone, its just a shirt.

Now as for the MAFU hat he always wears, it stands for- Mental Toughness-Aggression-Fanatical Effort-Unity. its a sports philosophy he likes to live by, he even wore the hat when he coached the Utes at Utah.

I don't have any problem with the shirt Coach McBride wore. Who really cares anyway it's a ridiculous argument. I say as long as any coach is winning he can wear whatever shirt or hat he wants - within reason. And if that intimidates the opposition - so be it.

And let's be honest, McBride is a real coach, a coach that is successful and wins so that is why all us UNC fans are confused, we haven't seen one of those is a while. :x
