We're demonstrably better at home for sure. But barring some sort of epiphany in the next week, I just don't know that we're going to generate enough offense to beat them.

Pretty much. If we could have gone 2-2 in our opening 4 games I think it'd be a slightly different story. We really needed to win either the IW or Northern Iowa game. Starting the season 1-3 is always going to be a death sentence for almost any program.

Poly's defense is stout. We're going to have a hard time moving the ball against them.
Absolutely. Their offense, however, only has 15 yards.

After watching Cal Poly some more, they are light years better than this Eastern team. UNC is the only beatable team left on this schedule, and even that one's probably a 50/50 game. They have a decent passing offense which will prove difficult for us to defend.

Cal Poly has played a lot better in the second half with their backup QB who is more of a passer. It looks like a different offense.
UNC should be favored, it would be a upset if we win. I doubt we win another game this season. I am ready for a new coach but I don't know if the AD has the money for the buyout.

Bell is a great athlete and can make a lot of plays but he's all of 5'9 and just doesn't have the passing ability to be a real dual-threat against an above average defense. I like him a lot better at running back or slot.
I won’t predict a win, but UNC isn’t some juggernaut. Improved, yes. Signature win? Idaho. That’s about where we are. If there’s one left we can snag, it's them.
Going undefeated is October is a major accomplishment for us. We played our way out of the bottom of the conference, kuddos to the players and staff. Northern Colorado isn't a juggernaut but they have shown that they can be competitive with playoff caliber teams. That is something I haven't seen from this Eag team. Hopefully we can find a way to hang around teams the next few weeks.

I think this game shows Eastern is probably tied for 2nd worse in conference. This would've been a loss if Weber State wasn't constantly shooting themselves in the foot.
Competitive, yes, but they are still only a 3 win team with one of those being against a Division II.
To my eye they are much better than what their record would indicate. They're at least on par with Eastern and probably have a far better offense. They have one receiver in particular who is a burner.
