With the exception of the second half of the Western Illinois game, I agree. That was atrocious. Too many blown opportunities on both sides of the ball. Five fumbles and allowing them 3/3 on 4th down. That's a recipe for losing. Gotta get it fixed ASAP, we're up 1 point and down a possession, so this is a 50/50 game at the moment.

Totally unacceptable given how we moved the ball.

Terrible first half. We’ve played flat, lack a sense of urgency, and turned the ball over twice. It’s a perfect storm for a Weber upset. EB is off and it seems mental. Time for some Senior leadership to step up after half time.

I think we’ll be fine. The defense has played ok minus a couple of big plays and I doubt our offense will make as many mistakes as we did in the first two quarters. We seem to have at least one “wtf?” game every year that we’re title contenders so maybe this is it. Minimize mistakes, keep their offense in check, and we’ve got this. Go Eags.

Rushing yards, 113-28 in favor of Eastern, but they’ve thrown for more yards, 180-167. Not really what you’d expect in this game. The biggest difference was the two fumbles lost on their side of the field.

Weber should not be in this game yet here we are because of poor execution and TO’s. You let a team like this hang around for too long and they’ll beat you. Agree we need to stop their first possession and put another TD on the board to reverse momentum. The longer this stays a close game the better their chances.

TWO fake punts.... 5 Sacks of Weber QB.... Every possession has been a short field, this has nothing to do with the defense and everything to do with coaches mental state. Players will need to pick up the slack
