Week 11

Portland State @ Montana
Northern Colorado @ SUU
NAU @ Cal Poly
EWU @ Idaho
Montana State @ Idaho State
Utah Tech @ UC Davis

My picks:
Montana—should win comfortably.
SUU—pulls away from Northern Colorado late.
NAU—Cal Poly is too banged up…a few weeks ago, this would be a very tough game. I’m hoping it gets NAU underestimating Weber State next week.
Idaho—I think this is a game to the finish but the Vandals come out on top.
Montana State—I think Idaho State can keep it close…a few breaks could make it a game to the end…but healthy Bobcats win.
UC Davis—Utah Tech is playing better, but the Aggies are very tough at home.

I agree with all of your picks. Now, let the upsets begin. ;-)

This is almost too easy to pick winners this week. On paper, the most competitive game is EWU/Imaho.

It's coming down to the wire for us, NAU, UM, UI, and ISU. What happens over the next three weeks determines everything. NAU is playing for a first round bye and home game. We are basically playing for the same thing. Although, NAU could lose to us and still get the same thing. Next up is a first round home game. Even if we lose to NAU, we could still get that. UM and UI will have to win out to get the bye, but win two and get at least a home game. ISU has to win at least 2 to get a home game and all three to get the bye. UCD, theoretically, has a chance at getting in, but it's a long shot. MSU is a lock to get a bye and home game, unless the lose all three games, unlikely. Our chances and ISU's chances hinge on our next games. Us against NAU and ISU against MSU. We are on the road and they are at home.

Weber controls its destiny. If they win out, I believe the Cats will get a seed. If they go 1-1 they will be on the road, but in the playoffs. Unfortunately, I don't see Weber getting a home playoff game at 7-5 and a loss to PSU.

Not just PSU. They should have got the SUU game as well. For both of those games our D had not developed to where they are now. Oh well, it speaks well for us going forward.
