Week 5: Sac State @ Idaho State

Hornet defense is flat out pathetic at this point. Completely unprepared for this.

Defense holds them to a FG attempt...which they miss. Hornets need to capitalize on this stop. As of now it looks like there won't be many of these kinds of opportunities.

You're right, just saw #9 in the game. Looks like Coleman is getting some playing time.

Wow, a screen pass on 2nd and forever followed by a draw play on 3rd and forever. The coaches have no confidence in Safron to make a throw down the field. Not good.
 
Awful offensive series. Has Sperbeck taken over the play calling duties? Run, run, incomplete fade pass, punt.

Wow. ISU fumble gives the Hornets the ball with great field position.

Hornet OL is looking awful right now. Lots of penetration by ISU. I'm not really understanding these runs from the double TE formation. Hornets barely get a 4th down. This is a very frustrating game to watch.

Holding negates a Hornet TD.

Well the Hornets called a TO. Safron didn't look all there, but he is still in.

QB draw on 3rd and forever. This play calling is downright awful. Castenada hits the FG, 17-14 Hornet lead mid 2nd.

Castaneda makes a TD saving tackle on the kick return.
