Western Illinois

Is anything being done to generate interest and increase attendance for the game this weekend?

I’m guessing not, but figured I’d throw it out there.
 
Been hearing that this game will easily be the best game of the 1st round. Add in good weather and the sorry state of FBS programs in the state, and I'm hoping for a great crowd. Tell everyone you know, this team deserves our support.

I share everything i see about the game on facebook and have invited several non Weber fans friends. Lets pack Stewart Stadium
 
I like the Leatherback's helmets. Big, Bold W. How cool would it look if Weber also had a W, the Flying version, on their helmets Saturday.

24 hours to kickoff. A playoff win would be a great way to start the holiday season. The forecast for tomorrow is 60 and partly sunny. Can better than this!

Vegas has Western Illinois as a 2 point favorite. Opened up as a 1 point favorite. Man, this should be a great game. NAU's a 15.5 point favorite.
 
This is about as big as it gets for Stewart Stadium...if any students or public need more incentive, then they plain don't give a darn about Weber State sports (at least football) period!!!

Here's hoping for at least 10K+ and a win for the Weber State Wildcats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But win or lose, there's been plenty to cheer for this past season...THANKS to the players & coaches :thumb: :notworthy:
 
A few missed obvious holding calls on WIU too, but Weber staying in a good position despite a poor 1st Q start. GO WEBER! Finish 'em off.

On to SUU.

WIU may well be the best team we have played this year. Turn overs and special teams won us this game.

21-19 is about as close as you can get. :clap: :clap: :clap:
