Where's Bradley

I noticed that the 2013-14 men's b-ball roster is on the athletics web site. Seems there is an important player missing. Where's Marcus Bradley who was reported to have signed with Evann Hall out of San Bernardino Community College? Was hoping he would play a big role inside for the Bengals this season.

Good question. Did notice that Eric Nakken, a 6-2 guard from Cedar City, is listed. He must be a walk-on.

Steve tells me Marcus did not qualify academically. If he qualifies, he could join the program in January, but will likely redshirt. That's too bad, he's another player with a productive history who could have helped upfront. I suspect we'll see a lot of the undersized Solarin-Hatchett combo at the four, perhaps with Slavik moving over when Magot's in the middle.

Seems strange to me that ISU was allowed to sign this kid if he was not qualified prior to signing his letter of intent. With the new APR structure these are things that are not supposed to happen. Not having Bradley leaves a serious hole at the four spot.

Evans is building this team right though--good solid HS signings.

ISU will be competitive soon. Great hire.
