That 4th down decision by Baldwin has to be the dumbest decision I have seen in a long time. But then again he has made some good calls in the past but that was a head shaker

Gotta say, the decision to throw the ball into the endzone when you have the lead and the other team has no timeouts left was really disappointing. You run the ball and run some of that clock down.

We'll need to beat UND next week for sure and hope we can get a split with Montana and PSU.

West was horrible in this game.

So many things to point to in this game. Beau Baldwin gets the brunt though. Probably his worst coaching job at Eastern. Putting the ball in West's hands over and over again when it was clear that he wasn't on his game. Not kicking a field goal that could have put you up by 8. The defense playing prevent rushing three and allowing a receiver to get behind them. Getting beat by a third string quarterback. Just terrible all round. Horrible loss to a bad team.

What a waste of Forte's great game. NAU did an amazing job on that closing drive! Credit to them and back to work for us.

why you would come out in an empty set basically TELLING the defense you're going to throw the ball is completely beyond me. NAU just EWU'd us.

Someone needs to answer why we didn't run the ball on 4th and three or kick a fg...instead a pass by a qb who was 16 for 35 that wasn't close...let wr make a play or give up the int deep????
