Could he be going to Portland State?

*Edit* I did a little research, and it looks like he can play anywhere but pac-12.
martymoose said:Correct me if I'm wrong, but he's a pro style offense qb and really wouldn't be a fit.
martymoose said:From what we have, I'd be willing to bet that Milhollin will be probably the number one. His spring game throwing was, uh, well, interesting, but he had quite a few reps.
Carter showed a couple of moves in fall camp, so it'll be interesting to see if he's in the running in the spring. He's vertically challenged as they say, but hey, but you can't tell me that CK is actually 6'.
The good part is that these guys have a year in the system.
Other than that, we'd just have an incoming true freshman, or a drop down. Not sure how many options of transfers from a program that runs the pistol are out there. Hey, there's UCLA. That program is pretty much a smoking dumpster fire that should be minus a coach in about a month.

There's a reason why UCLA is a smoking dumpster. They don't have QBs to run the pistol! Not sure if we'd want any of them!
DustRunner said:As said before, Katz doesn't fit our system. We need a mobile quarterback who isn't afraid to tuck the ball and run when the pocket breaks down. And I thought he was a junior this year, which means that he would still have at least one year of eligibility left (while Masoli I think was a fifth-year senior at Ole Miss).
If anyone from UCLA who isn't a QB wants to come, let them; they have to be good to get on a Pac-12 team. Anyone who did that could play right away.
