Glad to see the recruiting picking up in Oregon in the past couple years.

Long's a good one. He reminds me a lot of Cory; short, yet can blow by you with one cut.

Attendance was 9,054. Granted, MSU had a large contingency there, but that's still great improvement!

funny to see a kid rush for 427 yards and 7 touchdowns and in an interview at the end he talks about wanting to watch game film and trying to improve on mistakes that he made.

I think that he and Shaq could be a good tandem in the backfield next season (provided that Long doesn't redshirt). Speed and more speed with those two, with Lilley providing a bit more strength to the running corps. Hopefully those two can replace Cory, just like I hope Penn and Rothstein can replace CK (in a two QB system).

With Penn in the fold (hopefully), this will give us a great duo for the next few seasons. Toss in some good runners, and we have a chance to put up a lot of points.

Portland State football: Marshfield's Dalton Milburn becomes eighth in-state commit. 6'7.5" and 270 lbs. This is exactly what we need to recruit for the O-line.
