Will be playing the state champs, Connell, tomorrow night..
 
Good for Jake!! Awesome. More than likely a LB at Eastern, but will get looks at RB. Most all the Eastern LB's were RB's in highschool, need the speed at this level for LB. Just my 2 cents worth, but congrats to him. Would love to have him on our roster next year!!

Gall looks like a stud on both sides of the ball...hopefully he ends up in an Eagle Uni...looks like a really good kid too, he'd be a great fit for the program.

Not sure, but I know we stole Vernon Adams from them at the last minute. :mrgreen:
 
Just met Marcos Jones from Foss high school today. He was recruited WSU, but was then released after the staffing changes. He is now vying as a preferred walk-on to Eastern this year. He is about 6'1 and a stout looking kid. Unfortunately, his football recruitment video is set to private on hudl.com

FEDERAL WAY, Wash. -- Before he left the field Thursday night, Albert Havili said it bothered him to be waiting for a scholarship offer three games into his senior season.

But, the 6-foot-3, 240-pound linebacker (Federal Way, Wash./Federal Way) said he planned to “keep my head up. I know I can pick one up soon.”

He was quickly rewarded, landing a scholarship offer from Eastern Washington, which had coaches watching the Eagles’ 62-28 victory over Graham (Wash.) Graham-Kapowsin.

I gotta believe with the close game @ WSU and the two victories in Montana that Eastern's recruiting ability in the Northwest for 2013 just sky rocketed. Heck, even in Idaho...unless a kid is going to Boise St. why would you go to the two other schools?
