Oh shoot, I thought it might be fun to give all the power and control to Norm Tarbox on this one. Then we could have one of his kids or another close family member as the coach.
 
I like Howell. He's young with a lot of potential. He also has some good success under his belt coaching under Mendenhall in a really strong defense. Being an alumni and native to Ogden is the cherry on top.

But Price and Pflu would be higher on my list.
