I'll take

NAU
San Jose St
Washington
UM
Penn St
Arkansas
Texas Tech
CP
California
WSU
Sac
UNLV

Only upsets for me are UM and Weber, although I really thought about taking Davis. Won't be at all surprised if Aggies win that one. Definitely think they beat the spread of 13.

As much as I hate the Grizz, I hope both NAU and Montana beat the MVFC teams this week.

I’ll take a crack...

NAU (-.5) over Missouri State
San Jose State (-10.5) over Northern Colorado
Washington (-21) over Eastern Washington
Montana (+3.5) over South Dakota
Penn State over Idaho by a million
Arkansas (-28.5) over Portland State
Texas Tech (-25) over Montana State
San Diego (+7.5) over Cal Poly
Davis (+13) over Cal
Weber State (+7.5) over San Diego State
Sac State over Southern Oregon
SUU (+24) over UNLV

I agree, watched much of that game, and the NAU offense looked good with Cookus back.

MVFC looks to be strong again at the top, but the bottom half looks like it will struggle. SDSU looked good in almost beating Minnesota, but S Illinois, W Illinois, and Missouri St all looked pretty bad in defeat. We'll see how NDSU looks but they lost a lot of starters from last season. I think the door has been opened some for a Big Sky or Colonial team to take the ship.

NAU @ FBS P5 Arizona

The conference looks really strong after Week 1. Went 3-0 vs. FCS teams (2-0 vs. MVFC, 1-0 vs. Pioneer, 2-0 Home, 1-0 Away). And won these three games by 14, 14, and 18 points. Couple close games played vs. FCS as well (PSU losing by 7 at P5 Arkansas and Weber losing by 6 at SDSU). Week 2 brings 4 more FCS games. I think the conference has a chance to go 3-1 in those games.

Picks vs the spread:

Idaho State over Div II Western Colorado
Sac (+35.5) over Arizona St
EWU over Lindenwood
PSU over Simon Fraser
Washington St (-36.5) over Northern Colorado
SUU (+24.5) over Northern Iowa
UCD (-16.5) over San Diego
CP (+14.5) over WSU (Weber wins by 10-14)
SE Missouri St (+6.5) over MSU
Idaho over Central Washington
Montana (-24.5) over North Alabama
Arizona over NAU

Arizona State apparently stinks this year but still an impressive performance by Sac State to hang around. They are well coached for the first time in years. Don’t consider them an easy win.

So far the conference is looking pretty solid, top to bottom. Except maybe Idaho.

SDSU beats UCLA 23-14 in LA. Is SDSU better than I was giving them credit for or is the pacX a s-hole conference or a little of both?

Nevada getting trashed by Oregon.
Oklahoma taking South Dakota behind the woodshed.
UNI no problem with SUU
