2025 Offseason Portal Tracker

That’s what happens when you push underclassmen early into the games, they get a big head and leave. Shouldn’t have ever played him this early and there would be no great place for this 5’9” wr. He’ll ride the bench for a fbs is my prediction vs rest of career developing into a pro prospect at Sac St. playing time is what matters, can’t get better if not tested in games every week
He will end up like Jaylin Speed at Southern Oregon or something.

Kids too short which is why he couldn’t be more effective than he was.

He either got open with speed. Or he got shut down by 5’11- 6’2 corners etc

Whatever Danny. See YA

He’ll probably find somewhere better than that but doesn’t see the field unless he finds a way as a kick/punt returner at fbs. It’s like stay at the switch teams to stay at same level or go up to fbs and ride the bench. Neither is great. That nil money isn’t going to ring in, maybe if she stayed another year and was all conference, then would’ve been more

Agree..He won’t get NIL on his performance here.
His best game was last weekend.
FBS Special Teams player or a Lower division starter is my guess. He left too soon in my opinion

Hoping if this is accurate. That our staff will be using every single spot on this team w solid players.

We should see a lot of FBS players hit the portal after the season ends. Let’s chose wisely and raise the caliber on roster to solid 3⭐️ player rating average.

Teams need to trim rosters soon

“FBS rosters are now capped at 105 players, over 3,000 FBS players could lose their spots. In addition there are 129 FCS, 162 D2, 97 NAIA, 243 D3, and 147 JUCO programs. Space will be extremely limited.”

Every transfer player says “after prayers” in their cookie cutter insincere announcement. Bet majority don’t go to church every Sunday.
Honestly the Fcs to Fbs success stories are so memorable because they are so few, most players just disappear on that move. It’s like Vegas you want to tell everyone you’re going to lose in the end but everyone still gambles

In reality, the majority players that will be getting cut are walk ons. Prolly don’t want a roster full of that caliber player. Loved the movie “Rudy” just don’t want a roster full of them.

Me thinks there are changes coming in staff and the players have heard about some of them are dumping out trying to catch on elsewhere. Also, there is an expression in the work world. People do not quit a job, they quit their manager. I think they next 2-3 weeks will either be calm or a raging storm.

We should be playing the players that put us in the best position to win, regardless of class.

Like it or not, this is what college football with free agency is now. Sucks to see Scudero enter the portal, but is he for sure gone? Gipson entered the portal and ended up staying. Surprised to see him walking from a starting spot unless he was guaranteed a starting spot at a "better" program. My bigger fear is that this means Conklin is hitting the portal as well.

Given the limited roster spots across the board, free agency is going to be total bedlam this time around.

My biggest concern with Scudero entering was not necessarily losing him (thought that hurts) - it was the combination of Gandy and Scudero, possibly indicating Conklin might have shown his hand…
