Was it the best performance of the season? No. Is there good and bad stuff to take away from this game? Yes. Bottom line, we're 4-2 and 2-0 in conference play while out scoring our opponents 76-33. I can remember in 2010 and 2012 winning a lot of games closer than everyone thought they should have. Bottom line was they won when they needed to. Run D has looked better recently, despite playing lesser opponents, and I have confidence that the secondary will be just fine.
Fricken relax people. You know who you are! This team is going to keep growing and will be just fine.
Go Eags!!

also just noticed wsu is still building crap for their stadium...how much longer do we need to wait for the GATEWAY project to get finished?

Maybe if you lived next to Cougar fans every day you'd be more understanding. These people lack class. They clamor for attention when all they do is lose and booze. They spend millions of dollars on football facilities to win 3-4 games per year and all it takes to make their season is to beat their big brother, the Huskies. I have ZERO respect for that program.

Majority, yes. But what's your point?
EWURanger said:I'd say that the majority of the disdain that a lot of EWU folks feel towards the Cougs has to do with things like media coverage, facilities, fans, etc. Add to that the fact that EWU has been much more succesful than WSU in relative terms the past decade or so, and it's understandable why Eag fans get pissed off when they still get more coverage during a 4 win season. It is what it is. The best thing EWU can do is continue to build its football program brick by brick (Gateway) and not compare our program to WSU, UW, or whoever. I think we're just seeing the beginning of where this program is headed.
