Proud of the players for not giving up...but geez man, how can the D be so bad.

That said, tons of youth on that D-Line. That will be a good group in the coming years.

Lots of talent, but I wouldn't mind seeing a new scheme.

Crazy thing is I think the D-line played pretty well. The secondary and at time the backers were terrible today. But I have to believe there is a critical flaw in the defensive philosophy.

Hmmm. I feel like our D-line got manhandled. I mean, zero pass rush, zero sacks. That's tough on a secondary when there's no pash rush.
 
Yeah, Coach Graham has forgotten how to coach defense since 2010.

Fact is anything short of going to Frisco is a disappointment to most fans and when that is the expectation EWU needs to improve recruiting on the defensive side of the ball.

EWU simply doesn't have the talent on D they had in 2010. Plain and simple.

It's not like we haven't seen this before during the 2014 season.
 
Proud of the Eag's!!! Players gave it all this season and many matured very quickly into critical roles. Enjoy your time off and the holidays! God bless you all!

I did not come to talk any smack though. Eastern has a good team and is the best in the big sky there's no doubt about it. While I agree with most of what you said, coming onto an opponents board for the sole reason to rub it in is classless, and very Grizzish.

I don't think many folks on this board rubbed it in when we kicked your asses (twice). That's the difference here.

I agree completely. To jump on here simply to rub it in is totally classless and it makes me embarrassed of some of our Griz fans. But again, it's only one or two and all fan bases have Em.

Just give them a head pat like the little brothers they are and move on. FTG. Bring your weak ass smack here anytime you like, especially when we are hosting a playoff game while grizz players are on their mom's couches. It makes me laugh how pathetic the grizz fans are.

I just called my brother who is at the game. He was up in the upper parking lots and wasn't sure what's going on. I hope whoever it was is ok.
 
Well this whole series of events has made me reconsider the pouting fit I was about to indulge in. Prayers to the victim and the player who is related.
