Eastern Washington @ Montana: GDT

so Much of this is on the coaching staff. Too big of a difference from the last couple years to this year in play calling and focus.

The turnovers and penalties have been really untimely, but our biggest problem is an inability to get into the end zone once we get down inside the 20. And that's a problem we haven't really had to deal with in quite some time.

I don't agree with these announcers that they are dominating us in every phase of the game. They've made some big plays and we haven't executed on offense.

I agree, and I don't see this coaching staff being able to turn this thing around. I think we're looking at a 3-8 year if we're lucky. You can't win games when you can't score points.

Obviously our WR core and coaches were propping up Gage last year, but his leadership was going to be a must for this season and it hasn't been there.

I'm not throwing in the towel by any means, but I guess I'm finally willing to say it: Rebuilding year.
In some aspects I would agree, however I have not seen the ability or willingness to make meaningless adjustments to our play calling or players on the field. Sometimes you need to bech a few to light a fire...there just isn’t that willingnessz

I don't think Best will bench Gubrud and I think it's BS. You don't perform, you shouldn't play.

All of you idiots who want to bury Gubrud should just STFU. You are are bunch of whiners who sound like egriz morons!

Lol, what? You think he's played well this year?

So just to illustrate my point about calming the hell down, if it weren't for the fluke hail Mary, it's a 4 point game right now. The game (and the damn season for that matter) is far from over.

You ever played a game at WaGriz? Not as easy as it looks.

Obviously he has struggled. However, the Line needs to do their job. I have full confidence in Gubrud.
