Please don't run the RPO here. If we can't lean on them and get two yards I'm not sure what to say.

Exactly what I was worried about and exactly what they did.

Gubrud's accuracy has just been terrible. He has overthrown so many receivers today. Probably 4 wide open receivers that he hasn't even been close on overthrowing the ball by 5+ yards, and then two open receivers in the end zone that were able to catch the ball but couldn't come down in bounds because he threw the ball too far out of the back of the end zone.

Hey, we need two yards for a first down...let’s do something stupid.

Exactly. Put Pierce in an ram it down their throats. And why have we only seen one running back in this game?

Reeder came from Okie State. They have a triple option look where a back lead blocks for the A back that is very effective in short yardage. Saw them run it several times today. You think this would be in the playbook with either TE's leading or Pierce. No imagination or situational coaching

Play some clock management and more importantly get into the end zone, and we're only own by a TD with the ball to start the half.
