Running the option with West? Hmmm...
Play calling leans to the short side of field on third down so far.... TD play could only go to Kupp. Loving it. /s

Dude, that was something akin to Tom Brady trying to run the option. What were they thinking?

We're a second half team. We'll make some adjustments and be fine.

We are a second half team, but there's no excuse for consistently coming out flat in almost every game we've played so far. Are we just overachieving relative to the talent we have this year?

Maybe, but I'd say it's relative to youth, not talent. Look at our 2-deep.

Tired of hearing about youth, the injuries, the wind. Time to put up or shut up. We need to start playing to win. Start blitzing some. So what if we give up a big play here or there when they are most likely going to score on our D anyway? That just means we get the ball back into the hands of our offense quicker.

Give Weber some credit, their defense is pretty good.

Our defense hasn't played that badly. They've given up a TD on a fake FG, and 2 FG's. I can live with that. We need to get something going with the offense, for sure. Do that, and we'll be ok because Weber St's not that great offensively.

Qb position has been a problem, in my opinion. Why, his success has been entirely play calls, he doesn't have the ability to adjust to play. Look at his head every pass. Not only is he's stare down receiver, he NEVER looks players off unless it's a design play. Not bashing him, he a good guy, just not the long term ansewr at Qb, in my opinion.

On defense, the only surprise is the weather not slowing Weber state. Lack of defense is no surprise to anyone

Not getting on the offense but anyone knows last time we only scored 7 pts in the first half of a game? Didn't we struggle in a game the first half this season? just curious
