EWU @ UC Davis Game Day Thread

True story.

I was travelling through Europe with a buddy just before I separated from the Army (was stationed in Frankfurt) and met 2 UC Davis guys in Avignon France. We spent the day together and ended up traveling together for nearly a week. We took them to Costa Brava in Spain. Fun was had by all. One of the Davis dudes knew the words to every single song we could think of. I had forgotten about that since copious amounts of alcohol was consumed during that trip. I've obviously lost touch with those 2 Davis fella's but we did have an extraordinary time together. Good memory.

Well we held them to 180 yards on offense in the half and a bunch of those came off of those two big running plays that led to their field goal. Not bad so far. We need to execute a little better on offense.

The good news is EB3 hasn't gotten smooshed... The bad news is the offense looks generally lost...

Yes, our D looks good. This is a good football team we are playing!

The stats are good. I was surprised. That Tompkins guy scares me. Expect Hawkins to ride that horse a little more in the 2nd half. Here's hoping a couple of small adjustments get made and the WR's decide to effort a little more consistently.

Yep the “D” looks ok. We’ve kept the rush in check for tbe most part and we’re getting decent pressure. I would like to see a couple of those pass rushes result
in a sack but their Wb seems fairly elusive in the pocket.

This is the year the Fink beats the Stomach. Bill Murray's opus akin to Casablanca
