This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Football Dilema

The story behind Downing isn't important, the fact is, he came here and stunk it up like no other. He's had a chance to be the head guy, and looks like that job isn't for him, at least not here anyway.

I agree there's plenty of coaches that would take that money to be the head coach, or to improve their resume. You see it at the high school level all the time, and it's probably not much different at the college level.

I think the Bears will have to win 2 out of these next 3 games for Downing to keep his job. He's gotta win against SD and Sac St. and give a good showing against UM. If he does, then that gives us 4 wins for year.

Downing should be fired regardless. The last coach to win 4 games here was fired so Jay has already set the bar there. The other key stat to watch is attendance. For the last game it was 2,714 (avg for the year of 3,729). This regime has consistently put a lousy team on the field and alienated supporters - this is not a difficult decision.
