GameDay Thread EWU @ PSU -- Lets's Go Eags!

Oh well... Am I missing something? Has PSU shown anything that Eastern's defense can't handle? I haven't noticed a superior athlete for the PSU offense yet. You know, a player who makes you change everything you do to just try and stop them? My observation: The only team to look confused out there is the Eagle D.

Know PSU will make some mistakes. Ref's need to tighten up their game too.

Need more stops on defense. Can’t allow them to continue to sustain these long drives where they run the play clock down to 1 on every play.
 
Is PSU 5 -5 on fourth downs? Painful as it is the result is a tie. Channeling my inner Dopa "Defense needs to get a stop"... Eag's got 3 offensive possessions.

If Ewu plays standard 2021 q3 football than we are in for a rough game.

This shouldn’t be close and Portland at is playing a perfect game to give themselves a chance.

I think MSU and Weber did as well, especially Weber with their special teams...it's not a good indicator.

Good point. We haven’t been a 3rd qtr team for sure.
