This should be a close contest. Statistically, both teams seem pretty close. No secret, but I think Portland is one of the dirtier programs around so always concerned for the players health whenever they meet. Watched a lot of the Idaho game last week and Portland played it close for the first half.
Excitement aside; Eagles can win this game. Really looking forward to a maturing run game and better situational use of the backs. Constrained as the offense is, a good run game makes the passing game a bit easier. I can't speak to the weird crap from the CP game but will call the win a "building block".
