Yeah it was a really dumb penalty. No reason to go head hunting after the qb has released the ball.

Some of the team is playing slow like they are thinking about it versus just do it. Guess with so many new coaches and players it can be that way. Feel like Eastern can have it's way with TSU physically. Dangerous to let them hang around though.
