It’s going to be a really difficult test. Cal Poly beat the Bengals in Pocatello last week, so they will be very fired up to get a win.

The Wildcats will need continued success with the rushing game, no turnovers and better QB decisions with passing, defensive pressure and forcing some turnovers.

I’m keeping the positives vibes and say the Wildcats win the Train Bell Trophy 38-31.

I was surprised by how easily NAU beat the bengals at home and even more surprised they let one slip to Cal Poly on their homecoming. I am sure Duff will have his defense fired up for his return to Ogden. Would love to see Kjar win that match up and put up a lot of points. Should be the toughest defense we have played in FCS play this year.

WSU - 34
ISU - 29

I’m worried this may be a bad matchup for us. A win here puts us in the big sky conference title discussion. As I’ve said once and I’ll say it again, if we don’t turn the ball over we can beat anyone in the big sky this season. Overall, I think the conference is down. I think we might come back to earth some and drop this one but I’ll be cheering them on from the sidelines as long as the Ute conference doesn’t schedule my sons’ playoff games at 1.

By the way, why not have this game later? Who doesn’t love playing under the lights.?
