James Madison

I know it sucks listening to visiting fans come into your board after a loss, so i'm not here to comment on the game at all. I just want to say thank you Weber State for being such classy fans before, during, and after the game. Your contingent was the loudest vistors section we've had in a long time, and I've had nothing but great interactions with your entire fanbase. You gained a fan this week and this Wildcat team will forever have my respect.

I’m devastated, but our guys went across the country on a short week, had six points taken off the board on a bogus call and STILL almost knocked off the No. 1 team in the nation. Super proud. Now we just need the hoops team to down BYU tonight to take a bit of the sting off.

I've got nothing but superlatives for your guy's effort last night. Could have gone either way. Thrilling game. Most complete FCS team we've faced in several years. I watched your entire game against Cal and was really concerned. Your coach and QB didn't give up and made great adjustments in the 2nd half against us. Remember, no team had scored more than 14 pts against JMU all year.

Hope having such a great performance on national TV gives your program a boost in recruiting and exposure and hope we get a chance to play again.

In honor of your team's gutty performance, I will be rocking my Weber St. hat today. I was out in Ogden back in 2007 and checked out the school, stadium and town ( and of course purchased a hat w/ purple). Feel lucky to have gotten the win last night. Best of luck in the future.

JMU forces 10 turnovers and beats S Dakota St 51-16. Makes Weber's performace look even more impressive. It'll be JMU and NDSU in the finals. I'll be cheering for the non-MVC team. Go Dukes!

I believe that was the FCS' #1 offense the Duke's pummeled, too. 7 of the 16 came late on a pick that was close to being returned. Weber had them-- dang it-- and was easily their toughest test maybe in two full seasons! I'm on the JMU bandwagon too for the championship game. I think NDSU playing away from the Fargo Dome (or whatever it's called) is tougher than the Dukes away from Harrisonburg. Still, I think it will be a hard fought game and a good display of football.

Just visiting... you all played amazing, and tonight's SDSU slaughter proves how good you are. Heads high... you are a top 5 team... hope we do not see you again :)
