The overall philosophy of the staff is to slow the game down, on both sides of the ball. Several times this season the offense has just ground out the clock for 5+ minutes to end a game. But they will go up tempo when the offense is struggling, and it seems to be effective in giving the offense a spark. Every time I've seen Weber go up tempo this season it's been effective. Kind of wish they'd do it more often.

The Vegas line has moved back to -14. Lots of movement, meaning lots of money being played on this game. Helps that there's no other football tonight and that it's on national television. Has any Weber athletic event ever had more national attention? Could argue the NCAA tournament but there's so many other games going on at the same time there. Really hope Weber makes a good showing.

Very lucky to only be down 3. Only 40 yds of offense and two first downs with one off a penalty. Cantwell needs to make better throws.
