According to S-R he was as at practice yesterday in street clothes, Best claims it's a "University matter". Don't want to speculate, always seemed like a nice kid/young man.

If can't play in Frisco, makes it real tough for EWU shutting down NDSU's running game.

Not gonna stop it no matter who's at noseguard. From what I've seen we need to spy that QB all the time, always breaking containment, basically another running back along the Jake Locker mold. Get up on them early and force them to throw will be the way to stay in this game, just an observation, GO EAGS

There is always two sides to a story, but it is enough to keep him out of one game and potentially a second can't be good.
Great teachable moment..not like it is being brushed under the rug like some schools. It is being dealt with. Hopefully everone comes out better in the end.

Based on that, who knows what will happen. Could depend on what happens in the judicial system. Will his brother press charges? If not, will the state pursue charges? Looks like too many unknowns to know what will happen.

But, at least he is practicing in the event this turns out to be a serious sibling rivalry (I've seen some big fights like this in my old stomping grounds between brothers that would've never thought twice about it somehow being a potential legal issue).

All seriousness though, shitty deal. Couldn't imagine being so mad at someone, especially family, to go Pele on their head.

Yea this just doesn't look good.. . But nowadays without video, everyone speculates

In 2012. NDSU star LB got arrested, got in a fight after bar in alley.
Well, 2 days later police drop it after they reviewed the video from a back alley camera. Some 6 7 dude was following him and egging him on, next thing you see is the LB dropping him. Police said, the guy had it coming.
