Will Jay-Tee get on the plane tomorrow?? I really hope he plays!!!
If he is on the plane I think he plays.
I certainly hope so but he could still be a decoy. As much as I would like to see him play I would rather Best NOT compromise his credibility.

Over on the Bison forum they seem to think that university has given JT the OK to play. I don't know where they get that from. I'm on the west side but I've searched all over and I haven't found one word about him even being at practice let alone even being allowed to suit up. By this time the players are in Texas, anybody see him getting on the bus?

Well said Clawman. Principle is long term and should always prevail over expediency.

I saw it posted by Ryan Collingwood of the spokesman review that the charges for Jay-Tee’s fight with his brother were dropped down to misdemeanor level which most likely clears him to play.

Per S-R:

According to Spokane County Court records, Tiuli's initial felony assault charge (a fight with his brother, police said) was dropped down to misdemeanor second-degree assault.

Just saw the video that the football program posted on FB where they were going down the line for pictures and he turns away from the camera. Feel bad for him. Looks like he is embarrassed to be there. I
When this first went down I was strongly against him playing as more information came out I have slowly come around to letting him play. I think with all the publicity he has gotten from this I think he has served his time and then some. He as far as I know has been a model student up till this point. So LET HIM PLAY!

I think I’ve basically come to this conclusion as well. He got into a fight with his brother. It shouldn’t have happened like it did but from what I’ve read it could also be a case of self defense. The only people that really know are Jay-Tee and his brother.

All that said, I’d be surprised if he played. Unless they’ve convened some special meeting over the break I doubt any sort of decision will be made until after the winter break. And of course at that point it’ll be moot in terms of his college career.

Just a shitty situation all around and it couldn’t have come at a worse time for his team. But, as the ild adage goes, “nothing good ever happens after midnight.”

grades and not getting into trouble.
Can't remember him getting into any newsprint before this that is associated with the police or am I incorrect.

If he was still suspended, I strongly doubt he’d be on the trip.

I’d say his participation is probably 100% tomorrow.

nah, NDSU was gonna run Gap A power no matter what. Yes he might of got in on a sack or 2.

but don't think he would of made a difference.

Having your best defensive player on the field wouldn’t have made a difference? He would have been able to help shut down the QB draw, which was by far the most effective play NDSU was using. The two DL starters that were out this game really kicked us in the nuts. If there was one area we got dominated pretty badly yesterday, it was the DL.

Credit NDSU, they knew the simplest play in the playbook was ruthlessly effective, so they ran it over and over and over again.

JT created this shitty situation all by himself. While I get he is of age, deciding during a championship run to do what he didn is just a Moron move! He let the team down, he decided to get arrested, and the consequences are what they are. We will never know what could have been. Very excited about next year. The defense needs some retooling but all in all I think we have a real chance of getting back to the Natty.

Dopa, at one point there was a substitution at dtackle for EWU and Larry said it was the first action he had seen ALL season...how does that even happen?
*can't remember who that was
